CABISCOOP

CABISCOOP FALL FASHION SHOW – JULY 2016

Venue: Boston Convention and Exhibition Centre, Boston, Massachusetts.

Cabi is a women’s’ fashion designer and manufacturer and the CabiScoop fall fashion show is their heavily anticipated yearly event, where they have the intention of unveiling the newest collection of the fall women’s fashion wear.

Golden Strength and Cabi joined forces to create an event display that would give attendees and the public a sneak peak of what was to come in the actual show. This was no easy task considering the amount of fashion lines and products that were to be showcased.

With their collaboration they pulled out all the stops and used a variety of displaying techniques in order to create a unique and eye catching visual show to excite and thrill the public. The entire display which was built in the lobby of the centre consisted of 14 graphic stands, 2 floating walls and 2 encased pedestals.

Golden Strength’s designed display allowed Cabi to use gigantic and stunning visuals on the stands, clothed mannequins in the encased pedestals and display all manner of products with the floating walls.

The product used to build these structures was the Tecna Displays’ T3 modular display system. Using a combination of our fusion tubing and connectors it allowed for the large graphics to be attached using magnetic strips. This was a simple yet effective method and allowed for the wide array of displays to be constructed flawlessly. The beauty of the T3 system is also in the versatility and ease of construction.

All 18 of the display pieces were transported to the venue in compact travel cases that can be fitted into the back of car or van with no trouble. Each graphic stand and float wall required no more than 3 team members with a ladder or scissor lift 45 minutes to construct. Whereas the encased pedestals due to its complex design required 5 team members 5 hours to set up. The displays required no tools or prior knowledge of Tecna Displays product to complete the build, making it by far the most efficient and dynamic of modular display systems. Once the event was completed, all the components packed up quickly and efficiently back into the travel cases and stored for their next job and venue.
